Warranty & Consumer Law

Warranty & Consumer Law Statement

1) How we deliver our services

We provide training with due care and skill, fit for any purpose you’ve told us about, and within a reasonable time. These are non-excludable consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law and apply automatically to our services.

2) What we don’t promise

Our courses are designed for professional development. Unless explicitly stated, they are not formally accredited and we don’t warrant CPD/CE recognition by any government or professional body. Where helpful, we may map content to standards or outcomes, but you’re responsible for confirming CPD recognition with your own institution.

3) If something goes wrong (your remedies)

If there’s a minor problem, we’ll fix it—usually by re-supplying access or remedying the issue.

If there’s a major failure, you can choose to cancel and receive a refund, or accept re-supply.

These remedies reflect your rights under the ACL.

4) Platform availability & third-party tech

We use reasonable efforts to keep the platform available, but we don’t warrant uninterrupted access or compatibility with every device, browser, network, or third-party tool. If a verified outage on our side affects you, we’ll provide a practical fix such as an extension or re-supply. (This sits alongside your ACL rights.)

5) Pricing transparency

We show total prices upfront (including any unavoidable fees) and avoid “drip pricing.” This supports ACCC guidance and enforcement around clear price displays.

6) Fair terms (Unfair Contract Terms law)

We avoid unfair contract terms in our standard agreements and review them regularly, noting the strengthened UCT regime and penalties.

7) Your non-excludable rights

Nothing in this Warranty limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a guarantee can’t be excluded, our obligation is—at our option—to re-supply the service or provide a refund, consistent with ACL.

8) Plain-English summary

We stand behind quality and care in delivery.

We don’t promise accreditation/CPD by third parties.

If we fall short of the ACL guarantees, you get a fix, re-supply, or (for major failures) a refund—your choice
