1. Can I get a refund if I change my mind after enrolling?

Refunds depend on when you cancel. If you cancel before access is granted (at least 14 days prior for self-paced modules or 21+ days for live sessions), you’ll usually receive a full or partial refund. Once access has been granted or the course has started, refunds are not available.

2. What if I miss a live virtual class or in-person workshop?

Unfortunately, no refunds apply for missed sessions. However, you can request to transfer to a future session at least 14 days in advance (subject to availability and a small rescheduling fee). No-shows are treated as completed enrollment

3.Can I transfer my enrollment to someone else?

Yes — for live classes and workshops, you can nominate a substitute participant up to 5 business days before the session begins, at no extra cost. For self-paced modules tied to personal credentials, transfers aren’t permitted

4. What if BioSyn-AI cancels or reschedules a session?

If we cancel a session (for example, due to instructor illness or low enrollment), you can choose a full refund or free transfer to a future date. We’ll notify you as soon as possible and aim to process refunds within 7–10 business days.

5. What happens if my internet or platform access fails during training?

Our platform is available 24/7, but connectivity and local system issues are your responsibility. If there’s a verified platform outage on our end, we’ll extend your access period or reschedule at no cost

6. Do your courses provide official certification or CPD points?

Our programs provide certificates of completion to acknowledge your participation and learning progress. While some courses may reference industry standards or professional competencies, they are not formally accredited by government or professional registration bodies.

In certain cases, we may outline how the training aligns with relevant frameworks or learning outcomes to help you document your learning. However, it is the learner’s responsibility to confirm CPD recognition or point allocation directly with their professional or regulatory institution.

7. Can I get a refund if I’m unhappy with the content?

We’re confident in the quality of our programs. However, dissatisfaction alone doesn’t qualify for a refund unless the training fails to meet Australian Consumer Law standards for care and skill

8. How long do I have access to online modules?

Access duration is specified at enrollment (typically 12 months). After expiry, your access automatically closes, and your license to use materials ends.

9. Are my login details and course materials shareable with others?

No — your account is personal. Sharing login details or materials breaches our Terms and can result in account termination without refund.
